Liberty Language Services Highlights Strong Performance and Certified Quality in Interpretation and Translation

Oct 5, 2026

As Liberty celebrates 15 years of service, strong fill rates, client satisfaction, and ISO and ASTM certifications demonstrate its continued investment in professional language access.

As Liberty Language Services celebrates 15 years of providing professional interpretation and translation services, the company is highlighting a year marked by strong fill rates, high client satisfaction, internationally recognized certifications, and continued investment in the interpreters and translators at the center of its services.

At a time of significant change across the language services industry, Liberty has remained focused on stability, interpreter support, and consistent service quality, an approach the company believes benefits both its language professionals and the clients they serve.

Investing in the Interpreters Behind the Service

Investing in Interpreters“Many of the full-time staff here at Liberty have been freelancers at some point in their career and, because of this, we know what a relief it is when that paycheck comes the same day each month, every month,” said Timothy Worster, Co-Founder and CEO of Liberty. That perspective has helped Liberty build long-term relationships with its language professionals, with some interpreters approaching a decade of service with the company.

Strong Performance, Measurable Results

Liberty’s commitment to reliable language access is reflected in its recent performance. Across on-site, virtual, and phone-based interpretation services, the company achieved a 99% fill rate, with fill rates for highly requested languages such as Spanish reaching 100%. More than 90% of customers have remained with Liberty year over year, while client satisfaction stands at 99%.

Client Satisfaction & Retention

“Our dedication to service excellence is reflected in the clients who stay. Over 90% of customers have stayed with Liberty year over year. For a big part of that, we have our translators and interpreters to thank,” said Silvia Villacampa, Director of Government and Strategic Partnerships.

“Our first priority is our patients, and we appreciate our partnership with Liberty Language Services. LLS has been responsive to our needs and flexible when we’ve needed them to be. We appreciate the open two-way communication.”

Ready for the School Year

As schools return, Liberty is applying that same focus on reliability to education clients, prioritizing interpreter and translator coverage for high-demand events, including parent-teacher conferences and Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings.

Quality Backed by Recognized Industry Standards:

    • Liberty’s commitment to quality is also backed by four ISO and ASTM certifications covering professional translation, machine translation post-editing, interpreting services, and language service company practices: ISO 17100, ISO 18587, ISO 18841, and ASTM F3130.
    • These certifications complement Liberty’s internal focus on ethical business practices, qualified language professionals, quality assurance, and reliable service delivery.

Celebrating 15 Years of Language Access

Liberty’s recent performance comes as the company celebrates its 15th anniversary. Since its founding in 2011, Liberty has grown from a local language services provider into an organization supporting healthcare, education, legal, government, and business clients.Celebrating 15 Years

Along the way, Liberty has expanded its interpretation and translation capabilities, earned a GSA MAS Contract for Translation and Interpretation Services, achieved four ISO and ASTM certifications, strengthened its interpreter network, and expanded professional development through the Academy of Interpretation.

In June, employees, interpreters, partners, and community members came together to celebrate the milestone.

“Reaching 15 years is an opportunity to recognize the people who have built Liberty alongside us: our employees, interpreters, clients, and partners,” said Tim Worster, CEO of Liberty Language Services. “We’re proud of how far we’ve come, but we’re equally excited about where we’re going.”
