For some issues you may find a resolution online. We highly encourage our students to attempt finding a solution independently. You may also find a solution using the links below.
If you cannot record your answers:

Always be sure to complete the "Setting up your microphone" section of the proficiency tests! There you will find a video to help you.
Warning! Some programs on your computer may block Flash from running even if all the settings above are correct.
Check that your antivirus, malware, VPN, and ad-blockers are set to allow our site to run Flash, if you have them installed on your computer. The instructions for changing the settings of your software are available on the manufacturer's website. You may also find a solution online through a search engine.
