Option 1:

Option 2:

Add a Screen Shot for Faster Help.

Be sure to submit both forms if you submit a screen shot! You will need to click the red "Send Message" button and blue "Send" buttons.  Fill out both forms!

If you choose to submit a screen shot with your ticket, please make sure the same email has been entered in both forms. 

Screen shots sent without a corresponding message from the above form (Option 1) will be ignored. The email you enter will be used to match your message and the screen shot.

We do not offer computer training or on-site assistance.

For some issues you may find a resolution online. We highly encourage our students to attempt finding a solution independently. You may also find a solution using the links below.

Always be sure to complete the "Setting up your microphone" section of the proficiency tests! There you will find a video to help you. 

Warning! Some programs on your computer may block Flash from running even if all the settings above are correct.


Check that your antivirus, malware, VPN, and ad-blockers are set to allow our site to run Flash, if you have them installed on your computer. The instructions for changing the settings of your software are available on the manufacturer's website. You may also find a solution online through a search engine.


It is recommended to disable any VPN service you may be using before accessing our course.

Warning! Depending on your browser, you may see a pop-up near the address bar that asks if you would like to allow Flash to run on our site.


If at any point while accessing our site you clicked "Deny", you will have to clear your browser cache and history before Flash Player will load. The instructions for completing that process can be found on your browser manufacturer's website.
