For some issues you may find a resolution online. We highly encourage our students to attempt finding a solution independently, or by contacting our IT department. You may also find a solution using the links below.

If you cannot record your answers:

Always be sure to complete the “Setting up your microphone” section of the proficiency tests! There you will find a video to help you.

Warning! Some programs on your computer may block Flash from running even if all the settings above are correct.

Check that your antivirus, malware, VPN, and ad-blockers are set to allow our site to run Flash, if you have them installed on your computer. The instructions for changing the settings of your software are available on the manufacturer’s website. You may also find a solution online through a search engine.

It is recommended to disable any VPN service you may be using before accessing our course.

Warning! Depending on your browser, you may see a pop-up near the address bar that asks if you would like to allow Flash to run on our site.

If at any point while accessing our site you clicked “Deny”, you will have to clear your browser cache and history before Flash Player will load. The instructions for completing that process can be found on your browser manufacturer’s website.
